It’s not okay to not try.”“Do the right thing when others are not looking.”What are we looking for?We’re looking for a high-ownershipManage The Full Recruitment Cycle—from Intake With Hiring Managers To Offer Rollout And Closure—for Multiple Roles At a Time.Build Strong Pipelines:Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring end-to-end across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations.You’ll be responsible for building strong pipelines, running a sharp and respectful interview process, and partnering with hiring managers and founders to make great hiring decisions. This is not a “CV forwarding” role – you will act as a true partner on org design, role definition, and bar-setting.If you enjoy hunting for great talent, telling a compelling company story, and want your work to directly shape how LimeChat grows, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end hiring:Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and other channels; don’t rely only on inbound applications.Run structured processes:Set Up Clear Stages, Scorecards, And Feedback Expectations For Each Role; Ensure Interviews Are Focused, Consistent, And On Time.Partner With Hiring Managers:Work with leaders to clarify role requirements, define what “great” looks like, and calibrate on profiles and bar.Deliver a great candidate experience:Communicate Clearly, Give Timely Updates, And Ensure Every Candidate Leaves With a Positive Impression Of LimeChat—regardless Of Outcome.Sell The Opportunity:Confidently pitch LimeChat’s story, team, and product to candidates; handle objections and help them see the long-term fit.Use data to prioritise:Track And Report Basic Hiring Metrics (time-to-hire, Source Effectiveness, Pipeline Conversion, Offer-to-join Ratio) And Use Them To Improve.Continuously Refine JD & Process:Help improve job descriptions, interview loops, and evaluation criteria so we move fast without compromising on quality.Own employer branding basics:Support Simple Branding Initiatives (social Posts, Events, Content With Marketing/HR) That Help Attract The Right Talent.Be Hands-on With Tools & Ops:Keep the ATS/trackers clean, manage scheduling, coordinate assignments/case studies, and ensure documentation is organised.Must-haves2–5 years of experience inTalent Acquisition / Recruitment , preferably in startup / tech / SaaS environments.Track record of closing roles end-to-end(not just sourcing) across at least two different functions (e.g., Tech + Non-Tech).Strong sourcing skills– comfortable using LinkedIn and other channels to find and engage passive candidates.Excellent communication and storytelling– you can explain what LimeChat does and why a specific role is exciting, in simple language.Structured, process-oriented way of working– you’re comfortable managing multiple roles, stages, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.Ability to push back respectfully and maintain the hiring bar, even under pressure to close roles quickly.High ownership and bias for action– you proactively identify gaps, suggest improvements, and execute without needing heavy hand-holding.Comfort with recruitment tools and trackers(ATS / spreadsheets) and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides).Cultural alignment with LimeChat’s values— moving with velocity, over-communicating, winning together, and striving for excellence .Nice-to-haveExperience hiring forEngineering / Product roles in fast-growing SaaS companies.Exposure to building hiring scorecards, interview rubrics , or case studies/assignments.Prior involvement in employer branding(campus drives, events, social media campaigns, content).Experience scaling from early-stage (0→1 / 1→10)in People or TA teams.Interest in leveraging tools and AI to make hiring more efficient and data-driven.Tools You’ll UseATS / Hiring trackers
