Job Description

Role Overview

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist for IT and Non‑IT domains, you will drive full-cycle recruitment and build strategic hiring pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Collaboration

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to both IT and Non‑IT positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, write compelling job descriptions, and determine selection criteria.
  • Sourcing & Recruitment Execution

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and niche platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: resume screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Deliver a positive, timely, and communicative candidate experience.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and build long-term candidate engagement.
  • Tools & Tracking

  • Efficiently use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and track hiring pipelines.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time‑to‑fill, candidate pipeline status, sourcing efficiency).
  • Diversity & Inclusion

  • Ensure a diverse candidate pool and actively support inclusive hiring practices.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from Top B Schools.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally covering both IT and non-IT roles.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, resume databases, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking, time management, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior experience in campus hiring is preferred


Desirable (Preferred) Qualities

  • Experience of hiring for manufacturing companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment branding initiatives or talent marketing strategies.
  • Experience with diversity hiring programs and inclusive recruitment.
