About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist

What Youll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment

    for a diverse mix of roles from niche tech positions to critical non-tech and leadership mandates.
  • Build strong pipelines for key functions:

    Engineering, Product, Data Science, Sales, Operations, and Leadership

    .
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and design smart sourcing strategies.
  • Drive creative employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Craft clear, compelling job descriptions and ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly process.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently and objectively.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offers, and negotiations with speed and transparency.
  • Track and report on hiring progress and pipeline health.
  • Share market intelligence and insights to refine our talent strategy.

Ideal Profile

  • 3-4 years of proven talent acquisition experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-scaling organisations.
  • Strong track record of hiring for

    Tech, Business, and Leadership roles

    .
  • Hands-on sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and other channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management youre proactive and collaborative with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without compromising on quality.
  • Deep understanding of the talent landscape and what attracts high performers.
  • High ownership mindset, great communication, and a passion for finding the best fit.
