Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, they will develop and maintain employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and refining the recruiting processes to ensure the best candidate experience.
