Role Overview As our Talent Acquisition Specialist for IT and Non‑IT domains, you will drive full-cycle recruitment and build strategic hiring pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Collaboration Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to both IT and Non‑IT positions. Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, write compelling job descriptions, and determine selection criteria. Sourcing & Recruitment Execution Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and niche platforms. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: resume screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer negotiations. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Deliver a positive, timely, and communicative candidate experience. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and build long-term candidate engagement. Tools & Tracking Efficiently use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and track hiring pipelines. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time‑to‑fill, candidate pipeline status, sourcing efficiency). Diversity & Inclusion Ensure a diverse candidate pool and actively support inclusive hiring practices. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from Top B Schools. Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally covering both IT and non-IT roles. Proficiency in using ATS, resume databases, and recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Multi-tasking, time management, and proactive problem-solving capabilities. Prior experience in campus hiring is preferred Desirable (Preferred) Qualities Experience of hiring for manufacturing companies is preferred. Familiarity with recruitment branding initiatives or talent marketing strategies. Experience with diversity hiring programs and inclusive recruitment.
