Quality AM/Manager Industry- BPO (international) Location- Thane Experience- 3+ years of experience with US collections domain Salary- negotiable (based on last drawn salary) 5 days working, 2 rotational off Role Des cription This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within the organization. Top responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement. The position is located in Mumbai and requires collaboration with various departments to enhance the overall quality of human resource services provided by the company.
