Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, hiring, interviewing, and recruiting tasks. Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Managing the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience are key components of this role.

• Experience in Interviewing and Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
