What You’ll Do

Associate Director – Business Development

You’ll:

• Identify and engage high-potential financial institutions.
• Design targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Lead discovery meetings and craft tailored solutions that deliver ROI.
• Manage complex deals, influence C-level decision-makers, and navigate negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Grow existing accounts into long-term strategic partners.

Who You Are

Must-Haves:

• 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
• Proven success selling to banks, NBFCs, or regulated institutions.
• A trusted advisor — you know how to uncover real pain points and build winning narratives.
• Confident communicator who thrives in high-stakes conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven, hands-on with CRMs and outbound tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Lusha, etc.).
• High-ownership, outcome-focused, and always proactive.
