Job Description

Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tonic, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand their resource needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be in charge of sourcing, evaluating, engaging candidates and ensuring we maintain a high-calibre workforce that aligns with Tonic's culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

Partner with team leads to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals.

Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, internal references and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Screening and Selection:

Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.

Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:

Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the entire interview process.

Collaborate with hiring teams to provide timely feedback and facilitate decision-making.

Candidate Engagement:

Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and addressing any questions or concerns.

Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to the development of an attractive employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and conveying Tonic's unique culture and values.

Data and Reporting:


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Generate reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the hiring process.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Collaborate with the HR team to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the digital marketing or creative industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
