Position Overview:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, recruitment agencies).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, collecting feedback and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Kruti Coffee as an

  employer of choice

  in the specialty coffee and hospitality sector.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding programs to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, dashboards and reports.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational policies.
• Support workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives for new café launches or expansion projects.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• 5-8 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in F & B, retail, hospitality or start-up environments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, social recruiting and ATS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Passion for people, culture and the coffee/hospitality industry.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in bulk hiring for frontline roles (Baristas, Cafe Managers, Operations Staff).
• Familiarity with employer branding campaigns and campus recruitment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to report and optimize recruitment metrics.
