Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting processes, developing and promoting employer branding strategies, identifying top talent, and conducting interviews. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill organizational staffing needs while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Experience with interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Strong understanding of Employer Branding and its implementation
• Knowledge of hiring practices and techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
