Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for Internal Audit, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other BFSI roles.
  • Review job requirements and align sourcing strategies to business needs.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, networking, and employee referrals for sourcing.
  • Evaluate candidates for functional/technical competencies in audit, finance, risk, and BFSI domain expertise.
  • Conduct preliminary telephonic and video interviews.

3. Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and calibration.
  • Ensure alignment on candidate expectations, timelines, and hiring goals.

4. Process Management

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication
  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and quality benchmarks.

5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the company professionally while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support branding initiatives and participate in hiring events as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3-4 years of recruitment experience with a

    strong focus on Internal Audit and BFSI hiring

    .
  • Excellent sourcing skills and experience managing mid-level hiring volumes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR .
