We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with 70% focus on Talent Acquisition and 30% on HR Operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment pipelines while ensuring smooth HR processes across onboarding, payroll coordination, and engagement.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition (70%):

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across departments.

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and design JD & evaluation criteria.

3. Source, screen, and engage candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and social networks.

4. Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and offer rollouts.

5. Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

HR Operations (30%):

1. Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and induction sessions for new hires.

2. Maintain HR databases including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.

3. Address employee queries and support engagement activities.


Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations (startup experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social sourcing.

Self-starter with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.

Immediate joiner preferred.
