Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Intern to assist with organizing, managing, and maintaining important Technical documents. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and prior experience in data entry. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain internal documentation, reports, and records. Enter and manage data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems. Assist in organizing and digitizing paper records. Proofread and format documents to ensure clarity and consistency. Collaborate with various teams to gather information and prepare documentation. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and stored securely. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed degree with Btech in Electronic & Communication or Business Adminstration or related field. Familiarity with document management systems or file-sharing platform.
