Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant/Cafe Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Restaurant/Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and maintaining inventory. Duties also include staff management, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires someone who can drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Food & Beverage and Food Service management experience Sales experience and ability to drive business growth Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management Experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Must have atleast 3 years of experience in managing cafe/Restaurant Show more Show less
