Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and offer closure.

● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

● Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, and networking.

● Maintain accurate data in Hiring dashboards.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

● Collaborate with HR team members to support employer branding initiatives.

● Contribute to onboarding and new joiner integration planning.

● Over time, take on broader HR responsibilities including employee engagement, performance management support, and policy implementation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● 1–3 years of experience in recruitment; prior exposure to full-cycle hiring preferred.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across levels.

● A learning mindset and interest in evolving into a strategic HRBP role in the future.
