Business Development Manager / Account Manager – SaaS & EV Infrastructure

About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the EV and SaaS ecosystem.

• Build relationships with OEMs, Fleet Operators, CPOs, and Bus OEMs to drive long-term strategic partnerships.

• Conduct outbound sales prospecting, manage the full sales cycle, and execute contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales engagement.

• Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with sales objectives.

• Represent Kazam at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (national & international).

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market opportunities.


Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the EV, energy, or mobility sectors.

• Proven track record of hunting and closing outbound sales with large enterprise clients.

• Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract structuring and deal closures.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in global markets (India, US, Europe) is a plus.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and international expansion initiatives.
