About Company

Company is a fast-growing SaaS startup hat’s transforming traditional enterprise sales processes. The platform focuses on simplifying complex B2B transactions by digitizing sales workflows and enhancing buyer engagement through conversational interfaces.

Role:

Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across tech roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent communities.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for product-based B2B SaaS talent.
Drive an excellent candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
Work with the team on employer branding, campus outreach, and recruitment analytics.
Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and ensure compliance with hiring processes.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring (product companies / B2B SaaS experience preferred).
Strong understanding of technical roles (SDEs, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Support Engineers, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Passionate about building high-performing teams and scaling a global SaaS startup.
