Job Description

As an experienced recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of candidates. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. - Coordinating and conducting interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth interview process. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners. - Preparing and extending job offers, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. - Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, generating reports on hiring progress, and identifying areas for improvement. - Contributing to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. - Proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. - Handling all administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles in FMCG, Telecom, or Manufacturing Industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
