B2B Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for South India, your main responsibility is to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in identifying new market opportunities and building a strong pipeline of customers across various industries such as Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with the marketing team for export business initiatives are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new market opportunities and build a robust pipeline of customers across multiple industries. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Work with the marketing team to design a comprehensive marketing calendar for export business initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries. - Proven expertise in managing regional sales operations and achieving growth targets. - Experience in Key Account Management (KAM) and building long-term client relationships. - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
