We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in selling Software, APIs, payment gateway solutions (both pay-in and pay-out services). The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of digital payments, fintech products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT or financial technology sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients such as e-commerce companies, startups, NBFCs, EdTech, and logistics platforms for payment gateway solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and account growth. Generate leads through various channels – cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events. Demonstrate technical understanding of payment gateway integrations , UPI , NetBanking , cards , IMPS , NEFT , RTGS , and payout APIs . Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, product demos, and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the tech and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration. Maintain CRM systems with updated lead, client, and deal tracking. Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in alignment with company objectives. Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for product improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus. 4–5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales of IT software , payment gateways , or fintech products . Knowledge of payment processing, digital payments, and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, KYC, AML, etc.) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred Skills: Experience in working with payment aggregators, banks, or fintech startups. Understanding of API-based products and tech integrations. Network in sectors such as e-commerce, lending, gaming, or logistics.
