Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in selling Software, APIs, payment gateway solutions (both pay-in and pay-out services). The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of digital payments, fintech products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT or financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients such as e-commerce companies, startups, NBFCs, EdTech, and logistics platforms for payment gateway solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and account growth.
• Generate leads through various channels – cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of payment gateway integrations, UPI, NetBanking, cards, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and payout APIs.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, product demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the tech and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
• Maintain CRM systems with updated lead, client, and deal tracking.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for product improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 4–5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales of IT software, payment gateways, or fintech products.
• Knowledge of payment processing, digital payments, and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, KYC, AML, etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with payment aggregators, banks, or fintech startups.
• Understanding of API-based products and tech integrations.
• Network in sectors such as e-commerce, lending, gaming, or logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
