Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, digital marketing strategies, and B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT solutions, software products, and services.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the IT industry.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website performance, social media engagement, and brand consistency.
  • Plan and manage participation in tech events, webinars, product launches, and client engagement activities.
  • Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present insights with recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, Analytics, etc.).
  • Proven experience in lead generation and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and results-driven approach.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with SaaS, software products, or IT services marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX concepts and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
