Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Account Management: Lead and manage relationships with national buyers across major modern trade accounts. Develop and negotiate annual business plans (JBPs), including revenue targets, joint marketing activities, and visibility drives. Negotiate Terms of trade with new accounts and on-board them as profitable businesses. 2. Sales Planning & Execution: Deliver national volume, value, and profitability targets for modern trade. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment and execution of national strategies. Delivery of both Sell-in (Secondary) & Sell-out (Offtake) targets for the accounts within budget. Build & accurately forecast and achieve the accounts results: Turnover, Market Shares. Plan all growth drivers and key initiatives accordingly. 3. Promotions & Visibility: Design and implement pan-India promotions, new product placements, and visibility initiatives. Ensure compliance with planograms and merchandising standards through regional execution teams. 4. Financial Management: Manage trade spends, claim reconciliations, and credit limits for key accounts. Track ROI on promotions and optimize trade investments. Prepare and lead the Accounts negotiations, as well as ensure execution & tracking down to store level. 5. Launches & Distribution: Drive the launch of new products through modern trade partners. Improve numeric and weighted distribution across all MT formats and geographies. Understand, negotiate & rollout new business models, develop new avenues of business such as Omni-Channel presence of clients & ability to drive & build E-acceleration for Offline retailers. 6. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales data, secondary sales, store-level performance, and stock health. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and contribute to the GTM strategy.
