Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and campaigns that meet customer needs and expectations. Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing decisions. Manage budgets for multiple brands across various channels (ATL/BTL) to achieve desired results. Ensure effective communication of brand positioning, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Desired Candidate Profile 10-18 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in brand management. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive business results. Strong understanding of B2C/B2B markets, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
