Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive admissions and brand awareness. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, print media, and outdoor advertising. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local educational partners for collaborations and tie-ups. Conduct seminars, events, and promotional activities to attract prospective students. Analyze market trends and competitors to plan effective marketing initiatives. Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure lead conversion and target achievement. Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and reports on campaign performance. Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–7 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
