Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute both online and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and creative content development. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and driving overall business growth.

1. Brand Building & Strategy (Compulsory Skill)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand-building strategies that strengthen brand identity and awareness.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels — online and offline.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand audience behavior, competition, and brand positioning.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence in all marketing communications.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and execute social media content strategies that drive engagement and follower growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality posts, videos, and ad creatives.

3. Videography & Content Creation

  • Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for brand promotions, social media, and product campaigns.
  • Work on storytelling through visual media to create emotional brand connections.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and integrate innovative content ideas.

4. Offline Marketing & Events

  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and community networks to enhance brand presence.
  • Develop and manage print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Conduct local market research to identify opportunities and drive footfall to physical locations (if applicable).

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Set measurable goals and track marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting ROI, engagement rates, and campaign outcomes.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and market feedback.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (Brand building experience is mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Suite, and Google Analytics
  • Videography and video editing expertise (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,563.65 - ₹50,000.00 per month
