Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence for our IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling software, IT services, SaaS products, or technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Pitch and present IT solutions to clients through demos, presentations, and proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client visits to enhance business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data with updated client information, lead status, and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or B2B business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple clients.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling software development services, APIs, SAAS products, or IT support services.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
