Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and operations-driven Franchise Support Manager/ Business Development Manager to oversee franchise centres across Bhubaneswar and Kolkata. The role includes operational supervision, performance monitoring, seminars, and college outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise centers in Bhubaneswar and Kolkata.
• Monitor franchise performance, targets, and operational compliance.
• Provide daily operational, academic, and administrative support to franchise partners.
• Conduct regular center visits and audits to ensure adherence to ICA standards.
• Provide training and support to franchise staff on systems and processes.
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and student acquisition strategies.
• Arrange seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
• Execute college connect activities to build awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain strong franchise relationships and ensure timely reporting.

Travel Requirement

• Mandatory travel every month:
• 14 days in Kolkata
• 14 days in Bhubaneswar
• Must be comfortable with frequent intercity travel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in franchise operations, centre support, or education industry roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in seminars, student engagement, and college outreach preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-location responsibilities.
