Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and dealer performance. ✅ Channel Management Appoint and manage dealers/distributors. Monitor channel stock, payments, and support regular product movement. ✅ Team Leadership Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers in the zone.
