Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Rotavator Blades Location: Tamil Nadu (Chennai ) Industry: Agricultural Implements Product Focus: Rotavator Blades Notice :- immediate joiner Key Responsibilities: Identify potential business opportunities in untapped districts and rural markets. Provide product training to dealers, retailers, and field sales teams. Coordinate with the production/logistics team to ensure timely product availability. Handle customer complaints and ensure after-sales support and service. Monitor pricing, discounts, and schemes in alignment with company policies. Ensure branding and visibility of products at dealer points and in rural campaigns. Participate in agriculture fairs, exhibitions, and trade events across Tamil Nadu. Track dealer/distributor performance and take corrective actions where required. Maintain updated database of customers, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools (if applicable). Work closely with the marketing team for promotional activities and local campaigns. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,623.95 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
