Zonal Sales Manager โ Rotavator Blade Company : VLA Industries Limited Location : [ Zonal Head North India, South India] Experience : 18+ Years Joining : Immediate joiner Key Responsibilities : โ Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Drive zonal sales targets for rotavator blades across assigned states. Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and dealer performance. โ Channel Management Appoint and manage dealers/distributors. Monitor channel stock, payments, and support regular product movement. โ Team Leadership Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers in the zone. Conduct performance reviews, provide field support, and drive accountability. โ Market Development Expand reach in rural/agri clusters, develop B2B and institutional buyers. Conduct market intelligence for competitor products, pricing, and demand trends. โ Product Promotion Organize field demos, tractor workshops, agri fairs, and farmer meetings. Ensure product visibility, branding, and promotional campaigns are effectively executed. โ Customer Relationship Management Handle key customer and distributor relations, resolve issues timely. Collect and act on product feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty. โ Reporting & Coordination Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the National Head. Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless operations.
