Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for JB Rotavator Blades.
• Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in untapped markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Conduct field visits to generate demand and provide after-sales support.
• Organize farmer meetings, product demos, and local promotional activities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Work closely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure product availability.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from the market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,712.24 - ₹62,029.66 per month
