Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As an Area Sales Manager in the Sales and Marketing department, your role involves leading the sales activities in the assigned area. Your key responsibilities include: - Generating leads in the area to expand the customer base - Achieving business targets set for the area - Ensuring that all channel partners are actively engaged and performing well - Analyzing the need for new or replacement channel partners - Maintaining the health of all locations for business growth - Conducting business analysis of channel partners and implementing improvements - Understanding the key needs and requirements of customers - Collaborating with other managers for joint account activities and team target achievements - Ensuring timely delivery of correct products, offers, and services to customers - Focusing on both new business acquisition and renewal business in the same area Your Key Result Areas (KRAs) will include: - Implementing iMedia marketing strategies across the territory - Sales of iMedia services at bus stations in the designated zone - Generating leads and contacting prospects daily - Conducting 8-10 visits per day for iMedia services sales - Monitoring and tracking the health of bus stations with support engineers - Achieving targets through media agencies and individuals based on potential The required skills for this role include: - Teamwork - Negotiation skills - Leadership skills - Prospecting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Lead generation - Handling sales data analytics - Time management - Data-driven decision-making - Upselling and cross-selling Education Qualifications: - Any Graduate, BBA/MBA Experience: - 3-4 years of experience - 2 years of relevant experience This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
