As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving targets for the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, analyzing sales trends, identifying growth gaps, and developing action plans to improve sales performance across different towns, beats, and channels. - Leading a team of Sales Executives/Senior Sales Executives by providing training, guidance, and on-ground support to enhance team productivity, conducting periodic performance reviews, and holding sales meetings. - Appointing and managing distributors, stockists, and sub-stockists, monitoring distributor ROI, claims, stocks, and credit control, and ensuring timely order processing, billing, and market replenishment. - Executing trade schemes, promotional activities, and new product launches, tracking scheme effectiveness, monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and devising counter-strategies.
