Role Overview:

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations across the assigned territory, leading field teams, and driving revenue growth through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales performance across the assigned area
• Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams and team leaders
• Develop territory-wise sales plans and expansion strategies
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
• Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners
• Review team performance through regular field visits and meetings

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ Experience in field sales preferred
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Graduation preferred
