Job Description

  • Monitor sales performance, conduct regular reviews, provide coaching, and ensure the team is achieving its goals. Client and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners within the assigned territory.
  • Appointing franchises during the probationary period .

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans, set goals, and drive revenue for solar PV and thermal products.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales reps to achieve targets.
  • Dealer/Distributor Management: Build, manage, and expand a network of solar dealers, distributors, and retail partners, ensuring stock availability.
  • Customer & Market Focus: Conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Track sales data, report performance to management, and stay updated on solar tech, net metering, and subsidies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
