Role Overview
Lead regional sales growth by expanding distribution, boosting brand visibility, and managing the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute regional sales and distribution strategies
  • Expand channels, improve availability and retail visibility
  • Drive promotions and counter competitor activity
  • Lead, train, and monitor sales teams with clear KPIs
  • Track performance and market trends

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/MBA with 3–6 years’ experience (FMCG/Telecom preferred)
  • Strong leadership, channel management, and analytical skills
