Job Description

As a Team Leader in the medical sales field, your main responsibilities will include: - Managing, training, and motivating a team of medical representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Developing and implementing effective sales plans and strategies to grow sales and market share in the assigned territory. - Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports to senior management. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and other healthcare professionals. - Accompanying sales representatives on field visits, conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and helping close sales. - Ensuring the effective promotion of medical products, including launching new products, and providing product information and support to healthcare professionals. - Coaching the sales team on effective sales techniques and providing training on new products and processes. - Focusing on expanding the business within the territory by developing new accounts and increasing sales with existing ones. - Ensuring all sales activities and team actions comply with industry regulations and company policies. This full-time position requires you to work in person at the designated work location.,
