Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify market opportunities and plan initiatives to expand market share within the assigned region.

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Medical Representatives to enhance productivity and achieve team objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Promotion

• Stay updated with comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and clinical applications.
• Effectively communicate product value propositions to healthcare professionals and customers.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions and strategies to address underperformance.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and future plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
