Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent across diverse functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical positions, especially within the manufacturing or engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and prepare clear, effective job descriptions.
  • Strategically source candidates using multiple channels — campus drives, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, staffing agencies, and campus placement officers.
  • Ensure timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative hiring practices.
  • Handle pre-joining documentation and onboarding process for selected candidates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
  • Academic Excellence: Minimum 80% in 10th, 12th (Intermediate), and Graduation.
  • Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations.
