Position: Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruitment & Induction)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and induction processes. The role involves hiring the right talent across various functions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and building a strong employer brand for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements of different departments and ensure timely closures.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Handle hiring for retail showrooms, corporate office, and manufacturing units.
• Coordinate with department heads and management for workforce planning.
• Conduct new joiner induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring standards.
• Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in recruitment (preferably from retail or jewellery industry).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of HR processes and onboarding formalities.

CTC: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
