Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across

    corporate functions and retail leadership roles

    (Cluster Manager and above).
  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies using

    job portals, social media, references, campus hiring

    , and

    recruitment agencies

    .
  • Partner closely with

    Corporate HRBPs and Function Heads

    to understand business needs and workforce planning.
  • Drive proactive talent mapping for critical roles across functions.

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with

    senior leadership, business heads, and HRBPs

    to ensure timely and quality hiring.
  • Manage recruitment partners and agencies, ensuring performance and compliance.
  • Act as a talent advisor to leadership, bringing market intelligence and talent trends.

3. Talent Management & Onboarding

  • Partner with the

    Talent Management

    team on

    succession planning

    ,

    internal movements

    , and

    high-potential talent identification

    .
  • Drive smooth

    corporate onboarding

    for new hires ensuring culture assimilation and early engagement.
  • Collaborate with L&D for onboarding and orientation programs.

4. Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

  • Support

    HRBP team

    in managing employee lifecycle from

    joining to exit

    .
  • Conduct and analyze

    exit interviews

    for senior retail and corporate roles to drive retention insights.
  • Contribute to

    employee engagement initiatives

    for corporate and senior retail staff.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate dashboards and metrics around hiring SLAs, sourcing mix, TAT, and cost per hire.
  • Provide monthly hiring status reports and workforce planning inputs to management.


Candidate Profile:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    10 years

    of progressive experience in

    Talent Acquisition

    , including

    retail sector hiring

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    corporate and leadership hiring

    .
  • Strong exposure to working with

    HRBPs, Business Heads, and Leadership Teams

    .
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in

    HR / Business Management

    or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Mature, composed, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and ATS platforms.
  • Retail industry experience is

    mandatory

    – preference for candidates from fashion/lifestyle retail.
