Your Mission

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & Responsibility:

• 5–9 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven success in hiring for

  Banking or Digital Engineering

  roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to hiring.
