Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Should create effective hiring strategies.
Write compelling and post openings on job boards, social media, and career sites.
Proactively
source candidates
through LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for
skills and cultural fit
.
Maintain an organized
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
for efficient candidate management.
Ensure a seamless
onboarding process
for new hires.
Track and analyze
hiring metrics
(time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve recruitment strategies.
Strong knowledge of
sourcing techniques
and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
Familiarity with
employer branding
and candidate engagement strategies.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education or experience in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition.
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Should be a sourcing specialist for BPO and KPO roles
Familiarity with International requirements
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
