Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to drive our company’s recruitment efforts. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The position involves collaborating with senior leadership, aligning talent strategies with business objectives, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize recruitment practices. Additionally, the role will focus on building strong talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to optimize recruitment processes and enhance employer branding.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.



Candidate Requirements:

● Immediate joiner preferred.

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition is required.

● Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.

● Strong expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical abilities to measure and enhance recruitment performance.

● High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
