Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring and sourcing strategies

• Partner with hiring managers to close roles efficiently

• Track KPIs and share data-driven insights

• Support employer branding and diversity initiatives

Education:

Manager – Talent Acquisition

Industry Preference: Consulting | Experience: 10–15 years

We’re hiring an experienced TA leader to manage complex and cross-functional hiring mandates.

• Team leadership

• Strategic hiring (senior, niche, volume)

• Recruitment analytics & dashboards

• Senior stakeholder partnering

• Lead and mentor the TA team
