Talent Acquisition Manager

Salary range: Rs 1300000 - Rs 1800000 (ie INR 13-18 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization's hiring goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and role requirements.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, facilitating offers, and ensuring smooth handover to onboarding and business teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment tools to effectively evaluate candidate competencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
• Analyze recruitment data, prepare MIS reports, identify trends, and implement timely interventions to enhance the quality and efficiency of hiring.
• Focus on sourcing specialized talent to build high-performing teams that support business growth and innovation across sales, operations, and other critical functions.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Data-driven approach with experience in MIS reporting and analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sales and operations hiring requirements is a plus
