About the Role: We are looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition who is excited to build and shape the next chapter of TapMind. In this role, you will partner closely with our leadership team to understand our goals, define hiring priorities and build thoughtful strategies to bring exceptional people into the organization. You will lead the entire gamut of recruitment process, everything from attracting talent, designing great candidate experiences, improving our hiring systems and strengthening our employer brand. Most importantly you will be an advocate for candidates and culture, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are and what we value. Key Responsibilities: · Own the entire hiring cycle across technical and non-technical roles. · Partner with leaders to understand team needs and create hiring plans. · Build sustainable talent pipelines and relationships with future candidates. · Create a warm, transparent, and memorable candidate experience. · Improve our recruiting processes, tools, and interview best practices. · Develop and track meaningful hiring metrics that help us learn and improve. · Mentor and eventually grow a small TA team as we scale. · Help strengthen our employer brand and amplify our story. · Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in every step of hiring. What we are looking for: · 4 to 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in fast growing environments. · Someone who balances strategy with hands on execution. · Comfort hiring across technical and business roles. · A natural relationship builder who deeply values candidate experience. · Someone analytical and data driven. · Ability to influence and partner with leadership in a thoughtful, collaborative way. · Passion for building strong teams and healthy culture from the foundation up. Nice to Have: · Experience leading or coaching a team. · Exposure to employer branding or people ops projects. · Creativity and curiosity; someone who loves trying new ideas and iterating.
