Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy and Planning

  • Own hiring across technical and non-technical roles based on business needs.
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning and future talent requirements.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop hiring roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and capacity planning.

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and evaluation for senior roles.
  • Ensure a strong talent pipeline for niche, senior, and high-volume hiring.
  • Maintain high-quality funnels and ensure smooth pipeline movement.

Team Leadership and Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Set performance KPIs, review progress, and support skill development.
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies, RPOs, and other hiring partners.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts when needed.

Process Excellence and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Improve hiring workflows, interview structures, and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Strengthen candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Standardize JD formats, interview kits, and feedback systems.

Employer Branding and Market Intelligence

  • Drive employer branding programs across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and careers pages.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance external brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research on talent trends, compensation, and hiring landscapes.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Track hiring metrics including TAT, pipeline ratios, offer-to-join, and quality-of-hire.
  • Publish weekly and monthly TA dashboards for leadership.
  • Use data insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring decisions.
  • Optimize ATS usage and ensure data hygiene.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in IT, product, engineering, and senior-level hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, and other talent platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, hiring analytics, and recruitment reporting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing recruiter teams and senior-level hiring is essential.
  • Prior experience in a GCC, IT services, product company, or fast-scaling startup is preferred.
